Description
He's pretty! He's pink! he's delightfully sweet! He's possibly a bit brain damaged! He's COLIN!!!
Colin is the Morning Shift's duty Bedroom Waiter, but as he's always on call and willing to serve as a Floor Waiter whenever it would be helpful (because he does so love to be helpful!) he can be seen at any time. He's always ready to greet a customer with a bright and happy smile and wants to ensure that they have a lovely time! Though he would appreciate it if you could avoid getting dirty at all...
A pretty and effeminate Sylveon holding a lofty, scientifically developed and tested Masterson's B2 Pedigree, marking him out as a high quality example of one of their middle-range (balanced between battle 'A' breed and domestic 'C' breed) Eeveelutions. He grew up with the finest in industrial Pokemon rearing, training and education in Cell D of the Masterson's Breeding Facility in Texas. Having elected to specialise in domestic education, Colin was surgically and permanently declawed.
He discovered his post-Liberation civil rights thanks to a former Masterson's Umbreon on an external daycare visit and declared for emancipation before he could be sold. Quickly exiled from the Masterson's compound, he worked at a travelling rodeo for long enough to make enough money to travel to the just-established Café Plaisir, where he remains to this day.
There is more to his tale and more to the Sylveon than his petite, polite and prissy exterior might reveal, but finding out about that would take a rare dark night of his Fairy-bright soul... or a lot of bourbon.
Sexuality
Colin is pansexual, with a strong emphasis on pleasing his partner whomever that may be and whatever they might prefer. Though he dislikes rude manners and any kind of dirtiness or messiness.
He has a preference for males and the submissive role, as being used for someone's pleasure makes him very happy in turn, even if his partner is very rough (though he is likely to make subtle use of Draining Kiss in order to withstand the roughest treatment.) He is demonstrably extremely capable in this role, having made his debut taking Prometheus, knot and all. Something considered impossible by many larger Pokemon.
He is quite willing and able to take the lead, however. He is extremely adept at using his ribbons to relax and stimulate a partner and makes it a point of pride to ensure their pleasure over his own. Genital-wise, he is not especially well equipped (particularly compared with the atypically large standards of Plaisir's Pokemon) but due to his attitude, dedication, technique and a little bit of Fairy magic, it has never once held him back.
Storyline Summary
First Appearance
Colin is first scene in Chapter 3 of October's Jaunt and remains a main character through the remainder of that series. Often paired with Chai as a natural foil due to their oppositing natures and attitudes, Colin with his sweetness and light represents the very best of intentions within Café Plaisir. Though later it is discovered that perhaps a little darkness lies within their past...
Further Appearances
Colin has appeared in a number of stories by different writers and remains a popular little Pokemuffin throughout the Plaisir world, despite his absense from the Café Plaisir Road Trip.
Current State
Colin is a main character once more in the Year of October's storyline and has appeared in every episode to date. As bright and happy as ever and always ready to speak up on the side of sugar and spice and all things nice, Colin is ever ready to do his best to make his friends happy - even if he has to sometimes remind them who they are. He is, perhaps, finally coming to understand some of them a little better than he did, too.

Colin is a prolific breeder of high demand and value due to his Masterson's B2 Grade Pedigree and exemplary studding conduct. Not only are eggs and offspring of high quality all-but guaranteed, Colin is certain to ensure that his partner is going to leave with a smile, happy for the experience whether it was their first or fiftieth time.
