Description
Naali is part of a long line of Ninetales hailing from Finland. He was born just over 100 years ago and then gifted to his first trainer as a companion. They understood each other perfectly and quickly realized that with his beautiful fur and skill in battle, he would make a perfect contest Pokémon. They quickly earned a sizeable reputation, with Naali becoming a European champion on two separate occasions.
After his first trainer retired as a trainer, he was gifted to his son, who he quickly formed a similar bond with. They continued their streak of success together for around fifty years up until the Liberation. After the liberation, both him and his trainer decided to retire from contest battling. Naali is still in good contact with his trainer, visiting him and his family every other month when he returns to Finland.
Visually, Naali possess the usual qualities of an Alolan variety Ninetales. His thick coat of fur is of a shimmering pink usual to shiny Pokémon of his species. Naali loves his shiny fur and will spend large amounts of time each day cleaning it. It therefore almost always appears in pristine condition.
In battle, Naali moves with the grace of a trained fighter, using his ability to create dense hail, which he then uses to refract blinding lights into a bright and dazzling array of colours. He is also known to use his ice powers to slow down opponents, giving him more time to create dashing displays of his power.
Sexuality
Sexually Naali likes both males and females. He is generally more dominant than submissive, usually taking the more active role in a sexual encounter. He does not let go of his pride when engaging sexually with others, greatly enjoying compliments to his appearance and performance. When with females he is generally gentle, though he is not afraid of getting rough if his partner wants it. For males he usually bottoms, demanding his partner to not go easy on him or in some cases riding them into submission.
First Appearance
Naali's first and so far only appearance was in the story "The Fox and the Hound(oom)", which was written as a part of the 3rd Café Plaisir writing competition. It describes his first visit to Café Plaisir, in which he has a sexual encounter with Duke, the Houndoom.
