The Roadkills are Drake (a Galarian Linoone) and Victor (a Noivern), a pair of scrappy, self-proclaimed punks. They used to be a trio with Onyx, before the latter left to pursue a more casual life. Onyx and Karma are both informal members of this group. The Roadkills are generally characterized by their tendency to get into scraps and brawls, though what they really love is drinking, gambling, and fucking. Are they a gang, or just a group of friends? They're still sorting it out, but they fight fiercely to protect each other, and they always have each others' backs. They were introduced in the titular The Roadkills, and they own a salvaged APC.
Drake
Drake is the informal 'leader' of the Roadkills, an ornery, perpetually cranky Galarian Linoone who should probably be in therapy. He has serious anger issues which he's still working through, and he felt deeply betrayed when Onyx (the previous 'leader') decided to leave their group. He's since reconciled with Onyx, and is trying to be calmer, but it doesn't always work out. Drake is the kind of guy who you underestimate at your own peril - despite his brash, abrasive nature, he has a strict moral code and will fight to protect it. He cares deeply about his best friend Victor, and it's possible that his overly strong feelings extend to empathy as well.
Victor
Victor is Drake's best friend and confidante, and also the one who keeps the Roadkills running. Even though Drake is officially the 'leader', and makes most of the decisions, Victor's the one who makes sure they have room and board and that the lights always stay on. He and Drake never quite fit in when they were growing up, and Victor was sometimes abused for this before Drake came to his rescue. He cares deeply about Drake and wants to stand by him however possible; at the same time, he believes that Drake's overreactions are sometimes over-the-top. He's generally the one who does damage control/conflict resolution, and he sorted things out with Karma after initially clashing when they first met. Drake's mania and Victor's calm balance each other out, and they stand by each other no matter what comes their way.
