Then, whilst October was still gathering his breath, the door was opening.
He caught sight of the customer. He gulped. It took a second to remind himself that the customer was female and not quite the terrifying sight that his fears first conjured - this wasn’t Prometheus, after all…
...but it was an Arcanine.
After all of this time... 18 months in fact, since February 2016 when this was written, this, the lost October's Jaunt story is finally being released!

This, the Girl Gets October from a similar story-time period as the first two has been on the to-release list for the longest time (considerably.) And now, at long last, with a long delay between stories posted thanks to the tendonitis issues that have been causing delays with my series and story commissions, it seems that the time is right. (In fact, I should've thought of this a lot sooner. This also ought to serve as an interesting contrast for current and upcoming peices!)
