Rand is a male Rattata and cleaner/repair specialist. He's sick of being confused for Tiny, and he appeared briefly in Why a Pikachu? alongside Rusk. It's possible that his actions have saved Plaisir from disaster multiple times, and yet, no one has noticed. Hastur's mental powers have no effect on him. He and Maus had sex in a Hot Topic. He once flew away on a party balloon and had to be rescued.
