A squat Ferret
A relative newcomer to the Café, he runs the little shop near the main bar.
Dibble is... well, in the UK, we call them 'Spivs'. They're people who can get things. They sell things that fall off the back of trucks - especially things that need a bit of a push to get them to fall off :P
He gets to work in the shop, becomes its de-facto manager, and ends up selling prints, life-cast dildos, sex tapes made at Plaisir, CD collections of waiter's moans, short stories written by anyone who thinks they're a good enough writer - anything he thinks will make him a quick buck.
Naturally, none of them do. But he keeps trying :3
