The Rooftops of Café Plaisir comprise all of the uncovered highest surfaces of the building not already in use as terraces or balconies. These rooftops are divided into much the same sections as the underlying building. From west to east, there is a one-story-high section for the Function Block; a two-story-high section for Captivate, the Main Bar and the other core rooms; and a three-story high section for the Bedroom Block. These rooftops are variously accessible from doors and stairways around the building.

There are no accommodations on the rooftops for guests, with the exception of a shelter for flying-types on the northwest corner of the Bedroom Block. As a result, guests are generally not permitted on the rooftops at all, and employees are able to sometimes use the area as a secluded getaway from the general public and their co-workers alike.
