The RV crested the final hill and there it was. Looming before him in the grand bowl created as a cup in the landscape by the surrounding hills and packed up against the gleaming blue Pacific in the far distance. Scattered towers, complexes, endless housing and a seemingly infinite webwork of roads all gleaming with the sun-baked hulls of unmoving vehicles with which they were forever packed.
California was disgustingly beautiful, he always had to admit.
And here it is! The first part of the last chapter of Road Trip!
It's been a long road, quite literally, but the beginning of the end is here. One end of the continental United States to the other, fucking people and pokemon in just about every state along the way. Yes, the first Cafe Plaisir Road Trip has been eventful to say the least.
Though even as one part of the Plaisir saga ends... well, we're getting ahead of ourselves here, aren't we?
Let's see this tale out, first.
