== General Information ==
Born to two high school sweethearts, Blaze was raised as a military brat moving base to base to base wherever his father was stationed at the time. Growing up in the transitional times during the Liberation, Blaze didn't let it phase him, instead simply idolizing his family, multi-generational fighter pilots stretching back to the dawn of combat aviation in World War One. Hearing tales of his legendary Ace family members, from his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father instilled in him a sense of wonder about the sky and flying in general. His childhood was spent playing any flight sim he could find - with a particular love of the Air Combat series - and his room and toys were mostly aviation-themed. He flew his first plane when he was thirteen, a crop-dusting Stearman PT-17 and his fate was set on course. Through his grandfather's connections, he was able to ride along with a member of the Blue Angels and signed up to join the Navy as a pilot on his eighteenth birthday.

Unfortunately, his training went very far from perfect. His natural talent for flying, aided by an unparalleled reaction time, small frame, and his natural Fighting-type constitution, gave him a massive advantage over other cadets, but it led to his ego getting the better of him. He became cocky, arrogant, and a thousand other phrases for "an asshole," and clashed with leadership on more than one occasion. Things came to a head during the last portion of his training, when a training accident led to the loss of two F/A-18E Super Hornet fighter jets and the crippling of one of his wingmen.

== Training Accident & Court Martial ==
During a bombing training mission, Blaze flew lead while his wingman flew second. The objective was to simulate a routine bombing run that ended with a 10G climb to prepare pilots of the possibility of G-induced Loss of Consciousness (G-LOC). Blaze instead baited his wingman into a much steeper climb by calling out "incoming bandits" which resulted in his wingman passing out at a very low altitude. Having pushed him below the hard deck already - the minimum altitude for safety during training situations - Blaze realized his wingman had passed out very low to the ground and began to panic. Trying to lock the plane with a missile tone to force him to wake up and shouting his name, Blaze made a split-second decision and rolled his wing into the other plane's, which sheared his own wing off and sent the other into a flat spin. Fortunately, the crash did indeed wake his wingman and both ejected, but Blaze's wingman ejected too low to the ground and broke his spine upon impact, while both jets crashed.

Blaze was almost immediately arrested for such a stupid stunt and court-martialed, for both the loss of materiel and for nearly killing his wingman, and for the first time in his career Blaze realized that his ego had gone too far. The threat of being grounded for the rest of his life paled to the fact he would likely be spending the rest of his life in prison, a fate which Blaze felt he had earned. Fortunately, a certain dragon both owed Blaze's father several favors and saw the potential of the pilot now that the cocky flyboy part had been forcibly knocked out of him.

== The Dragon Brigade ==
Pulling several favors, Liberation Rights icon and former Air Force General Chartherax "Charcoal" Dracovayne got Blaze's sentence commuted to instead work for him as a pilot. He didn't mince words, telling Blaze his options were either a life sentence in a windowless room or indentured servitude to him, and Blaze, wisely, chose the latter and was released into Charcoal's custody. This custody included a grueling training regimen, even more so than the USAF's, training Blaze to fly any jet with wings he might come across, pre-dawn to post-dusk. As a result, Blaze is certified on jets ranging from third to fifth-generation fighters such as the F-4 Phantom II, MiG-21bis Fishbed, F-14 Tomcat, Rafale M, EF-2000 Typhoon, Su-30SM Flanker-H, MiG-35 Super Fulcrum, F-35 Lightning II, and more.

Blaze recalls very little of the training itself, saying it's mostly a blur, but is grateful, saying it beat the last of his ego down into the dirt. While he's technically one of the best pilots in the world, he refuses to flaunt it any longer, barely even speaking to those outside of his inner circle of his job.

== Zone of the Endless & Project Wingman ==
Late into his training, Blaze took a wrong turn while looking for Charcoal and somehow ended up in a restricted area. How he ended up in the area and why his access wasn't denied are still under investigation - though Blaze is suspected of no wrongdoing - but the events there couldn't be changed. Upon entering a lab devoted to "Project Wingman," Blaze's brain was forcibly fused with an artificial intelligence known by the codename "Zone of the Endless," or Z.O.E. for short.

This AI, having been designed to conform to Charcoal's mental patterns for a top secret project, instead became forcibly linked to what now presented as a Lucario sharing Blaze's appearance. Zoey, as the program/Lucario chose to be called, was a bleeding-edge project designed to mentally link to pilots and act as a copilot. Rather than punish Blaze and scrap the project, Charcoal instead begrudgingly brought Blaze and his family into the fold, arranging documents to legally adopt Zoey into the Lockwood family.

== ADFX-06 ==
On his first fully-fledged mission with the Dragon Brigade, Blaze engaged with a prototype drone over the Florida Keys, taking it down but getting shot down in the process. When he awoke, Charcoal informed him that the Dragon Brigade had been fighting a shadow war against these mysterious drones since before Blaze was born. He had been trained to fight these drones, prepared for the eventuality that Blaze would tangle with them, and training Blaze to fight them. Blaze was promoted to the legendary callsign "Charcoal One" and now leads Charcoal Squadron, flying the F-22A Raptor "Black Eagle" in a bid to challenge these mysterious drones and whoever is behind them.

== Appearance ==
Blaze is, unquestionably, incredibly short, standing around 4'6 when including the tips of his ears. While this helped his piloting career, it also was a source of much mockery when he was growing up and he resents it. Blaze's spikes on his chest and paws have been shorn down and blunted, only appearing to be around half the size of a normal Lucario's for safety, as to not puncture his flight suit at 45,000 feet. When on the ground, Blaze wears a bomber jacket and Vietnam veteran baseball cap (both originally belonging to his grandfather), a t-shirt and jeans, having "molded the perfect image of a cocky flyboy pilot" since his teens, according to him. Otherwise, in most respects he is simply a normal Lucario.

== General Information ==
Lykios Arcanilyn Orichalcum is a Ninetales from an alternate dimension, one home to only Pokémon (the same universe as the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series), who arrived in the Plaisir universe after a portal accidentally opened during a clash with his firstborn son, Arkanos. Well over three thousand years old, Lykios is effectively immortal, though not invincible. He is charged by the Arceus of his home dimension with keeping the mythical "Book of Legends," a book that "... chronicles all that Has Happened, Happens, and Will Happen." He made his way to Café Plaisir through the help of Rion Solaris, a government trainer, and the "Helping Hands" charity as a cover, a group that assists wild Pokémon in integrating into society post-Liberation. Once there, he took up the idea of assisting as a day-contracted waiter, in exchange for being allowed to live in one of the penthouse suites until he can get a more permanent living condition.

== Writing & The Book of Legends ==
The Book of Legends is a magical artifact that takes the form of an exquisite, leatherbound tome with Lykios's crest design (seen on his right shoulder) on the cover. Tied to the world it inhabits, when any person writes in said world, those words appear in the Book. Though this could lead to Lykios (or another) knowing everything that happens in the world, it is incomprehensible to outright read if one is not privy to its secrets, or is unpracticed in its usage, even if they do know what it can do, as its words take the form of a cipher after a short time. Even Lykios has great difficulty parsing and reading things that happened little more than a day ago, and must take intimate time to study it to break the "cipher." Additionally, it's been known to drive weaker-minded individuals mad upon attempts to steal it, punishing them for attempting to see beyond the Fourth Wall.

However, these are all safeguards Lykios himself has placed upon it during his tenure as its keeper, as writing directly into the Book can alter Reality itself, with none but the author any wiser of the changes made, save for perhaps a small feeling that something was wrong at the back of their mind, a feeling Lykios has likened to deja vu. Lykios and a small pawful of others he has trained do not need direct access to the Book to make small changes either, a feat Lykios refers to as "Writing." For example, while fairly new to the world, Loki Wrote a cup of coffee into existence for Vesta, even though he had never heard of the drink until Vesta told him about it a few moments earlier. Lykios, in another instance, once managed to win a fight fifteen-to-one by simply Writing over the attacks that hit him, though the extensive use in that encounter left him nearly bedridden for several days, as the changes they can make are limited by the strength of their Aura.

== Lykios's Tribe & Early Life ==
Lykios's tribe was a secluded, xenophobic, fox-supremacist tribe of Ninetales - with a very small amount of other fox Pokémon living there as well - that hoarded knowledge and secrets. Lykios despised this, and once he left swore an oath to never prevent the seeking of knowledge. Once he left his tribe, he never looked back until the tribe's slow, painful death ended abruptly due to an avalanche. He spent many, many years shaking off his mental conditioning, and though he will still occasionally make fox-supremacist remarks, he does not believe them and uses them as a way to joke about his upbringing.

When he was one hundred fifty-three years old, his life would permanently change. A human, bold and mischievous, grabbed his tail, and in his youthful rage and pride he laid a far-too-powerful curse upon the human, to be "reborn as the the most pathetic thing he could think of being" - which, incidentally, took the form of a Gastly. However, the human's partner Gardevoir jumped between them and took the brunt of the Curse, the strength of the curse killing the Gardevoir as the human fled. It was this incident which caused Arceus to charge him with the keeping of the Book of Legends: "... I felt a more fitting punishment did not exist - instead of my own power, I was now entrusted with the control of the power of a demigod. What a fine punishment, what a perfect way to teach me how to control my own power, by giving me far too much."

This tale would become a source of great strife for a human-turned-Charmander far in the future, but that's a story for a different time and place.

== Children ==
Lykios has far too many children to list - being an immortal fox with a breeding fetish tends to result in quite a few - but the ones he had a direct paw in raising are rather few and far between.

Loki is his most recent child, born from an unknown mother due to ink spilling onto the Book during his second-most recent fight with Arkanos and rewriting his (and everyone's) memories. Still a Vulpix and freshly of-age, Loki is the second child he has taught to use their powers.

Vesta is another one - though he did not directly train Vesta in his power's use, as Vesta is from an alternate future - that has been living with him for the past few years after traveling back in time.

However, the most prominent of his children - and the most dangerous - is Arkanos.

== Father & Son ==
Born to Lykios and his first mate Glacia, Arkanos is the only surviving child of the pair's first three litters together. Due to the fact he was simply so happy to have a living child, coupled with his parents not being excellent role models and having no idea how to raise a child, Arkanos was raised with Lykios's knowledge and power. Despite seeing warning signs that Arkanos was headed down a dark path, Lykios ignored them and told himself that he was overreacting and that the problems were ones he'd iron out later.

Lykios calls this his greatest mistake, and it's a hard thing to argue with.

Lykios, unquestionably, created a monster. A demigod with no respect for his powers, believing that by their very nature they should be worshipped as gods. The sole saving grace is that all Arkanos ever learned how to Write were small changes, as the "deeper training" i.e. how to do more than simply make things appear and make more than highly susceptible suggestions was saved for "when he was ready." Fortunately for the world, he was never ready.

When Arkanos was in his late teens, he rebelled against his father. Decrying the "chains which bind them" and declaring his intent to become a true god, Arkanos attempted to steal the Book and make off with it, causing the pair to get into a bloody, drawn out fight that ended with them both halfway across Yveltal's threshold. In that fight, Arkanos wrote in his blood, and inscribed his only addition to the Book before fleeing for his life.

"The only fangs that shall end the other shall be those of Lykios or Arkanos."

The only beings that can permanently kill the other are themselves. Their powers, spells, everything will not work, and their final fight - should they ever come to it - will be a brutal, bloody repeat of the affair that began their feud that looks no different than two wild animals biting and scratching at the other.

== General Information ==

== Lykios's Tribe & Early Life ==
Lykios's tribe was a secluded, xenophobic, fox-supremacist tribe of Ninetales - with a very small amount of other fox Pokémon living there as well - that hoarded knowledge and secrets.

== Children ==

== Father & Son ==

== General Information ==

== Lykios's Tribe & Early Life ==
Lykios's tribe was in a secluded, xenophobic, fox-supremacist tribe of Ninetales - with a very small amount of other fox Pokémon living there as well - that hoarded knowledge and secrets. Lykios despised this, and once he left swore an oath to never prevent the seeking of knowledge. Once he left his tribe, he never looked back until the tribe's slow, painful death ended abruptly due to an avalanche. He spent many, many years shaking off his mental conditioning, though will still occasionally make fox-supremacist remarks, does not believe them and uses them as a way to joke about it upbringing.

== Children ==

== Father & Son ==
